at 18 i knew what the risks were .. i already knew at 15 as well .. i doubt my parents would have had a problem with staying at a girls house (i didn't do it since i had a girlfriend untill later) and they wouldn't have been able to stop me either ;)

Congrats on finishing your first semester of law school. Couple more things you will learn in the next couple of years:
1. Illegal does not mean criminal. There are many laws that create liability that are not criminal. Any tort law, for example. Copyright laws are another example. Thus, no one cares what any prosecutor would do.
2. You don't need a grand jury for all criminal charges. You definitely don't need one for false advertising.

If you would have read the whole thread, you might know that. I am aware of what charges need an indictment and those that don't. I'm having problems with resume. In Safari,preview and some other apps, when I quit it dose not resume. It only resumes when I right click the icon on the dock and go to quit from there. It won't work from the safari menu or with cmd Q. Is this a normal bug or can I do something to fix this. Also, Airdrop is not showing up in the Finder sidebar.

To me the rollover feature is my insurance plan. 450 isn't a lot, but the 1500 extra minutes in the bank allow me to not worry too much those months when I may call a little more than usual.

I keep getting the message "unable to find cellular network flashing on my phone almost every time I open up to create a text. It goes away after about a second and then I can write or read.

At this point, I couldn't really care less about Blu Ray or HD-DVD. I'd be more excited if Apple included Lightscribe or equivalent capability in their drives. Unlabeled discs are piled high on my desk.

I dont use safari on my mac mini when Im using slingplayer. Fire fox is more stable..
