It's certainly not as sleek as before but that's my first impression. Not quite as professional looking and the UI is almost 'overdone'.
Might revert to Tweetie 1.
Maps are nice though.

Got mine through this morning from the AppleStore. Its absolutely wicked! Very, very diddy and comes with this cool little docking station to charge it and interface with my Mac. Looking forward to a trip to the gym tonight... ;)
Got mine this morning as well, and also extremely looking forward to using this in the gym instead of my video iPod. :)

Anything, anyone? I've gotten some offers for some high-spec mini's... someone's gotta have something they don't need anymore. Also might have some stuff for trade...

That's a great idea! I'd love to see that for when I'm traveling and don't want to turn on international data roaming for the internet, but can still use cell towers for triangulation of my position.
Android has had this for months. Not only do they have turn-by-turn directions, but their maps are vector based, which is highly compressed. Accordingly, they can cache thousands of miles of maps onto the phone with a few seconds of internet connection.

Why doesn't Apple bring a TV to the market? I could go for a 72 inch flat screen with the aluminum, thinness, and 1/16th inch thick bezel of the iPad2.
So why hasn't apple brought a TV to the front that dominates the market? We all know they can..

I just found this:
http://www.powersupportusa.com/products/kf.php?category=pb
Crystal Film for Powerbook screens...it's supposed to make the screen appear brighter and clearer (not sure how that works, but whatever), and I was wondering if anyone has used it/tried it. It's intriguing to me, but I don't want to waste $35 on a gimmick.
Edit:
:Sigh: after 3 years here, I still forget to search. I did like 5 google searches for reviews. :o

LOL. Yeah that proves it's him. I'm CIA, I know these things.
You don't believe me? He sent that to my eBay and now the auction is cancelled like he just said he was going to do. Sucks but I dont think that other guy is going to get his money back. Not like we are going to find out either.

My preview in PathFinder shows the text but is still jumbled up. How did you show the converted binary file there?

Really? The seller was completely honest, upfront and quite descriptive about the item he is selling. I wish I could get the same when I go to buy my next used car.
[/B]
completely the opposite. you obviously don't know eBay or PayPal. PayPal will 99% of the time be in favour of the buyer.
1. title doesn't state picture.
2. listed under the wrong category
buyer wins.

edit: actually, i'm so confident that if someone had posted this early, i would've bid really high, made sure i won the auction and not paid the seller. guess what, i wouldn't even get a strike for those reasons listed above.

Hey, for the past few days I've been trying to search using Advanced Search (so I can specify the Forum) and have received the following error (attached). I've also attached the input I give the search.
Any ideas?

Now the truth we've suspected all along has come out.
First, Google decides to hold on to their source code, making Android "closed" just like iOS, and now they find out that their OS is not the most prevalent mobile operating system in use, falling way short of iOS.
Schadenfreude? You bet. :)
